Shipping & Returns
We offer a flat rate of $150 to freight furniture to most destinations within Australia. We use a private furniture freight company who collect from us on Thursdays. Delivery is usually within a week from you placing your order. If you are in an area that results in a higher freight cost, we may be in touch to request an additional contribution (for areas such as WA, TAS, SA and rural areas for example). We will be in touch within 3 business of receiving your order to let you know the details of your delivery. The freight company will also contact you to arrange a date and time for delivery. If you need your items earlier, please contact us so we can arrange an alternative method. Small furniture items will be sent via courier with a tracking number.
Homewares and Smaller Items
We offer a flat rate of $12 shipping for homewares and small items. You will receive an email with tracking details within 3 business days after placing your order. We use Australia Post and TNT.
We can ship overseas. Please contact us for a quote. Small items are simple to send via Australia Post or TNT. For larger items and furniture we can get you a quote and organise.
If you would like to return your item please get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving it. Please note that you will need to cover the return postage costs and are responsible for the item getting to us. Refunds aren't available for items that are on sale. Unfortunately we can't accept returns of furniture unless there is a fault.
