Shipping & Returns

 

Furniture Shipping

A flat rate of $200 applies to furniture deliveries across most of Australia.
Pieces are collected from our showroom each Thursday by a trusted, specialised furniture carrier. Delivery is typically made within one week of purchase.
For select locations, including Western Australia, Tasmania, South Australia, and regional or remote areas, an additional freight contribution may be required. Should this apply, we will be in touch within 3 business days to confirm prior to dispatch.
Once in transit, delivery is arranged directly with you at a suitable time.
If an earlier delivery is required, alternative arrangements can be made on request.
Smaller pieces are sent via courier, with tracking provided.

Homewares and Smaller Items

For homewares and small items, freight will be calculated at Checkout. You will receive an email with tracking details within 3 business days after placing your order. We use Australia Post, Couriers Please and Fast Away 

International Shipping

Small items are sent via Australia Post, with Furniture items sent via Air or sea freight through our preferred international shipping providers.  Please contact us by email with any questions & to organise a quote.

 

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and items must be safely returned to us in their original condition.
Sale items are considered final and are not eligible for return or refund.
Due to the nature of our pieces, we are unable to accept returns on furniture unless deemed faulty.
