This Original, one of a kind 'Damchiya’ has been sourced from Rajasthan. It was originally used as a hope chest to store a bride’s dowry. Once married, it would have been used for storing clothes and other valuables.

Now it is the perfect piece to add character to your home. It would create a stunning statement in a hallway/ entrance, living area or anywhere in the home to elevate your space. This Damchiya, has been hand carved in beautiful detail, from teak that has been bleached to obtain a soft, light weathered appearance that highlights its beauty and history.
